He made this entire process so stress free and his words of encouragement along the way is one of the main things that kept me going because I was really not sure we would be able to qualify as the house was a bit higher then what we had planned but we knew that was the house and he made it happen for us and we are beyond greatful to Ryan and this company for all the hardwork he did for us to make this dream a reality! Donna, Hal and Ryan all work together and go above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. I have never had an issue with them, and can always count on them to take care of everything. Not only did they help us get our credit in line for our first mortgage, Donna worked with us for over a year before we were in a position to buy, helping us every step of the way. They stay in touch through the entire process and are so patient (especially when I called Donna 100 times a day)!
